ORC - Week 7
My oh My, we are at week 7, one week out from the
Big Finale. Today is going to be short & sweet. You've heard me say it's all about the details. Well, this week is all about the details of addressing my light switch & visible outlet covers. One known thing about me is I love GOLD. I've loved it since I was child, even when it was not as popular metal to use, I still loved & used it in my designs. Oh, I do have receipts.
When I saw these gold plate covers from Anthropologie, I knew it was true love. They embodied all the things I wanted to add to my home office design. Slightly trendy but timeless.

What I love about Anthropologie is, they are a great source for finding charming pieces for your home. My other suggestion for unique finds is Etsy.
The Final Leg
My home office makeover continues with changing out my dimmer light switch plate & 2 visible outlet covers. The change was easy, only needing a screwdriver. I popped off the plain old ones & installed my beautiful gold plate covers. The transformation is amazing! Upgrading your outlet covers is another to truly personalize an interior space.
