If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, just fill out the form above. In the message box type "Cancel My Appointment". Reminder: To receive a full refund for any booked appointment; you must cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours, 50% of your design service fee is non-refundable.
